Essential list before you bring your puppy home:

TIME

First few weeks are most important.

You becoming puppies new mum/dad or both, you creating a bond between you and your pup, also you must do a lot of training.

COLLAR AND LEASH

You will need these after the second Lepto2 (please make sure it is not Lepto4) vaccination then your puppy will be allowed to go outside.

HARNESS

It is very important to have harness for the journey home and for the future car rides (for your own and for your dogs safety)

WATER AND FOOD BOWLS

Variety of bowls are huge, so it is going to be easy to find the one you like. Make sure water bowl is always full.

BLANKET

 It creates a cosy feeling for your puppy then he/she is wrapped in it.

CRATE

Probably the most popular essential. It is so helpful then training. Also it is safe to leave your puppy in a crate (without collar!) while you have to rush somewhere.

Then your dog will get used to it, it will become hers/his safe place.

FOOD

Decide what are you going to feed your puppy and make sure you have some for the beginning. Puppies are eating different then grown up dogs! 

BRUSHES, COMBS AND DOGS SHAMPOO

Doodles love water and mud so shampoo and conditioner are important in the list. Also two type of brushes (slicker and combs) which must be used daily to prevent knots.
